Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. The customer agrees that all return postage is to be paid by the customer. She Sells Seashells Boutique recommends that customers send all returns with insurance and tracking, as She Sells Seashells Boutique does not accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit. The customer understands that all products returned to She Sells Seashells Boutique must be in original condition, with all original tags, hygiene strips and packaging. The customer agrees that She Sells Seashells Boutique has the right to decline return of any items that have been damaged, soiled or tampered with in any way.

 

We have a strict no refunds policy. All products purchased on She Sells Seashells Boutique are non-refundable. 

 

All returns are processed and the customer is given a credit note to the value of the initial purchase.

 

She Sells Seashells Boutique does not accept returns and exchanges for sale items and has the right to decline returns on items sold during promotions, or items purchased using discount code offers.
